We are currently seeking civil engineering and surveying party chief candidates for internships and full time employment. We are a young firm with a strong growth record. Paulson Mitchell offers a great benefit package and salaries are based upon experience.

Full-time candidates should be recent (or about-to-be) graduates. They will work directly under the supervision of a PE. We actively support EITs in meeting the requirements for licensure. At Paulson Mitchell you will be exposed to all aspects of the project from preliminary schematics to final construction documents.

Paulson Mitchell believes in utilizing technology to increase our efficiency and maximize client satisfaction. Every employee uses AutoCAD on a professional workstation connected to our high-speed network. We have onsite technical support staff, high-speed digital plotters which have eliminated blueprints, large document scanners, and an array of other tools to maintain our strong growth and continued success.

Your expsoure at Paulson Mitchell will include site development, land planning, engineering, transportation design and landscape architecture.
